◇ How it's made ◇
Our ceramic eggs begin as blank canvases, they are first painted with a semi-matt coat of their base colour - powder blue, sage green, or clay pink. Then, intricate floral and leaf designs are meticulously hand-drawn around the entire egg.

◇ Dimensions ◇
Each egg measures approximately 7 cm tall and comes complete with a hand dyed ribbon for effortless hanging. ( The ribbons aren't dyed by me, they are made by a very talented lady in the Lake District).

Eggs are sent boxed and via royal mail, postage is combined for multiple purchases across my shop. Though please note items may still be sent in multiple purchases for their safety.

We all know these sometimes happen when things are in transit. If your item arrives damaged please get in touch as soon as possible with photographs of both the item and packaging (this is so I can process a claim with the delivery company). I send all of my items tracked, and upload the mode of delivery and tracking information when I mark your item as dispatched. Please check this first for updates on your items location, then get in touch.

The buyer is responsible for return postage in the case of returns and exchanges, because it has arrived too late or because they have changed their mind. (Custom and personalised items can not be returned, or exchanged).

If the item has arrived damaged, or with faults, please get in touch with photographs of the problem, and packaging if damaged, if it needs to be returned I will cover postage and will discuss this with you.

Refunds will only be given, or replacements sent out upon receipt of original item back within 14 days.
